MINI NAT SLIM
The technological innovation applied to the MINI NAT SLIM curtain sensor is called DAC (Direction, Approaching, Crossing), and it allows the discrimination of detection direction, approach, and crossing.
Special attention has been given to the design of the co-extruded plastic parts, which are equipped with soft seals to ensure complete waterproofing, thus protecting the electrical circuit.
The sensor’s ability to discriminate incoming or outgoing movement from the protected area prevents improper activations, and the ability to detect full crossing of the coverage area, combined with the anti-masking function, are key features for outdoor detection.
The sensor is equipped with an IP65 protection rating.
- Being IP65 rated, it can be installed in various applications, even in pure outdoor environments, while maintaining maximum detection efficiency.
- The alarm is triggered only when the curtain is crossed. This eliminates false alarms caused by nearby passes close to the curtain.
- Pet Immunity for animals under 5kg is provided thanks to internal detection algorithms with thermal and light auto-compensation.
- Insect Immunity is provided by the presence of two IR sensors and Antimask on both infrared sensors.
- The sensitivity is adjustable from 0.5m to 4m in height.
- The tamper protection on the cover and the anti-tear button provide an additional level of security, validating the use of the sensor even in high-risk areas.
